Routines are more simple than a regular Zumba class, with more “family-appropriate” moves and music. Kids can dance with their parents or become a star up on stage with the instructor! We even include family-friendly games such as “Dance Battles”, “Follow the Leader” and “Freeze Dance”. Kids are allowed to be free in this class, so let them run around if they want to!
